Your Words Are Your Bond

When we tell people we will do something do we keep our word and do it?
Your word is your bond.
Practice makes  perfect.

Do you remember when a man's WORD was his bond? I do.

As a child, I watch and heard my Daddy do business and tell people what he was going to do, and when he told you he was going to do something, his words were not just hot air balloons, rising only to fall. He actually did what he said!
Even without a signed contract, he kept and honored his word, it was his bond.

People will tell you anything, especially if they think it is what you want or need to hear. In their heart, they never intend to keep their word. I do not know too many folks who do, but thank God there are still a few.
Nowadays, it is imperative, you must protect yourself, get everything in writing and be sure it is signed.

Man is capable of failing.
However, I know ONE man who keeps HIS WORD! HE watches over it to perform it!
JESUS IS THE WORD and HIS WORD IS HIS BOND! JESUS signed, sealed and deliver HIS WORD with and in His own blood! He is The Covenant Partner.

Jeremiah 1:12 KJV
Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.

HE REMAINS FAITHFUL! Remember, JESUS NEVER FAILS!

Hebrews 13:8.
JESUS CHRIST IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY and FOREVER!

What we say, yes, it matters.
Your Words Are Your Bond.
